Thomas Streiff was involved in creating the Guilé Funds and heads the Guilé Engagement Team that constructively works with the portfolio companies.

Since 2004, he is partner with BHP - Brugger and Partners Ltd., a Zurich based strategy consultancy specializing in sustainability. Priorly, Thomas Streiff headed the Group Sustainability Management unit of Swiss Reinsurance Company. Prior to that, he was working for five years for Swiss development and cooperation agencies as technical advisor and project coordinator in India, Tanzania and Kenya. Thomas was delegate and advisor of several associations, foundations and committees such as WBCSD, UNEP-FI, IMD-Corporate Sustainability Management Forum or CSD-12.
