The Guilé Funds
The Guilé Funds offer an absolutely unique profile because they combine three characteristics:
| 1. | The Guilé Funds reconcile the roles of financial investors and responsible shareholders: they are managed with the dual objective of performance and responsibility. The primary objective of the Guilé Funds is to deliver long-term performance that exceeds their benchmarks through an investment philosophy and management processes that are proven, stable and free of constraints. Built on the belief that each company in which we invest has capacity for improvement in managing its environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges, our funds' responsible shareholder approach is based on the conscientious exercise of voting rights and intensive dialogue with the companies in the portfolio. |
| 2. | The Guilé Funds aim to foster sustainable global economic growth: they stem from the guiding principles of the Fondation Guilé – a non-profit organization. Our funds do not follow a trend but a conviction: there is no possible alternative to sustainable economic growth. Political and economic authorities must take the necessary measures to promote and incentivize social, environmental and governance responsibility to companies. |
| 3. | The Guilé Funds actively promote corporate transparency: they are based on a collaboration with the United Nations Global Compact. Adherence to the United Nations Global Compact is at the core of the Guilé Funds' engagement approach. The objective of the Guilé Funds is to be an agent for increased transparency of corporate adherence to the ten principles of the Global Compact. We believe that fighting for disclosure of non-financial information ensures that a company will incorporate into its strategy a consideration of the risks and opportunities posed by the environment and the society in which it operates. |
