Barabara Rigassi manages the activities of Fondation Guilé. With BHP - Brugger and Partners Ltd., a Zurich based strategy consultancy specializing in sustainability, she is Managing Partner. Earlier, she served as Member of the Executive Board of the Swiss State Secretariat of Economy, Head of the Economic Promotion Division. |

Thomas Streiff was involved in creating the Guilé Funds and heads the Guilé Engagement Team that constructively works with the portfolio companies of the Guilé Funds. Thomas Streiff is partner with BHP - Brugger and Partners Ltd. Priorly, Thomas Streiff headed the Group Sustainability Management unit of Swiss Reinsurance Company. |

Project Manager Guilé Engagement TeamDr. Philipp Ischer
Philipp Ischer is project manager of the Guilé Engagement Team and ensures that the quality of the Guilé sustainability reporting assessments remains consistently high. He is the author of a series of quantitative and qualitative orientated economic and business articles and studies. Before joining BHP – Brugger and Parnters Ltd., he was director of infoclio.ch and worked for the Swiss Federal Statistical Office where he developed and maintained a set of indicators on the information society. |

Communications Guilé Engagement TeamAndrea Gäumann
Andrea Gäumann is in charge of communication and engagement coordination at Fondation Guilé. She also analyzes and engages with portfolio companies, primarily with companies from the financial and pharmaceutical industries. Andrea Gäumann has been a member of the Guilé Engagement Team since November 2011. She studied sociology and business administration at the University of Zurich. |

Richard H. Vögeli particularly engages with portfolio companies from the energy, extractive, chemical and financial industries. He brings more than 30 years of broad-based, international experience in to the table. He is member of the Executive Committee of BHP – Brugger and Partners Ltd. and heads research in sustainable investment of the institute for Economic, Bank- and Finance-Management of the University of Liechstenstein. |

Véronique Veyrassat lives in South Africa and is responsible of the South African portfolio companies’ engagement. She advises impact investing funds, family offices, foundations and private corporations in the development and execution of their philanthropic and Corporate Social Responsibility roadmaps and strategies. |
