The Guilé Engagement Workshops

Fondation Guilé supports companies in enhancing internal learning and improving external communication through workshops on policy and strategy development.

These workshops link the GET-COP assessment™ results to the company’s approach to implementing the UN Global Compact principles and to its current information systems.

Policy and strategy options are developed based on identified strengths and weaknesses. The workshops may be organized as half or full day events.
Corporate Sustainability and UN Global Compact: Benefits for Investors, Investees and other Strategic Stakeholders
On 6 March 2013, Fondation Guilé, together with the Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCSD) Taiwan and the Guilé Funds managers de Pury Pictet Turrettini and Comgest, organized a dialogue for the portfolio companies of the Guilé Emerging Markets Engagement Fund and other companies headquartered in Taiwan.

During this dialogue event in Taipei, the benefits as well as the experiences and expectations concerning corporate sustainability in general and the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact in particular were discussed with the 78 participants.

Fondation Guilé promotes the UN Global Compact in emerging markets, which are of ever growing importance for global business.

Particularly, the Guilé Engagment Team supports the portfolio companies of the Guilé Emerging Markets Engagement Fund that are not yet UN Global Compact participants.

In cooperation with the UN Global Compact country networks, workshops and trainings take place.
